Terms & Conditions

By booking a visit with NW Private Nurse Partners, you (the patient, guardian, or authorized representative) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Cancellation & Scheduling

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a visit without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
NW Private Nurse Partners reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a visit due to nurse unavailability, inclement weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Home Environment & Safety

The patient or responsible adult must ensure that the home is safe and accessible for the nurse prior to and during the visit.
All pets must be secured (in a separate room, crate, or outside) for the entirety of the visit, without exception.
The home must be free from hazards including smoke, weapons, and hostile individuals.
Our nurse reserves the right to decline or end any visit if the environment poses a safety risk. A cancellation fee may apply.

3. Scope of Care

Services are provided by licensed RNs and complement, but do not replace, care from your physician.
NW Private Nurse Partners is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Our nurses may decline any service outside their professional scope of practice.

4. Patient Responsibilities

NW Private Nurse Partners nurses do not have access to your medical records. It is the patient's (or family's) responsibility to provide the nurse with a full and complete medical history during the initial visit, including all current medications, diagnoses, allergies, and recent procedures.
The patient or a responsible adult must be present for the full duration of the visit.

5. Payment

NW Private Nurse Partners is a direct-pay service. Payment is collected at the time of booking. We do not bill insurance.
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case at the sole discretion of NW Private Nurse Partners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Northwest Private Nurse Partners LLC's liability in connection with any single visit shall not exceed the amount paid for that visit.
