Our home base. Arlington Heights, Palatine, Mount Prospect and the neighbouring northwest suburbs are the shortest drives we make, and the North Shore towns from Park Ridge and Glenview up through Wilmette, Winnetka and Evanston are a regular part of the route. Families discharged from Northwest Community Hospital, Advocate Lutheran General or the Endeavor Health hospitals in Evanston and Glenview often book a post-discharge visit within the first few days home.

How travel works
Every visit is priced per visit, and the price includes the nurse's travel anywhere in the service area: there is no mileage charge and no travel-time billing. Our booking system confirms a morning (9 to 12), afternoon (12 to 5) or evening (5 to 8) window that fits the nurse's route that day, seven days a week.
Towns that straddle a county line are listed under the county that holds most of the town. If you live just outside the communities listed here, call us before you book; we regularly accommodate patients near the edge of the radius.
